I got my car!!
Woo hoo! After months of sweating and deliberation, and surveying you, my readers, I've finally bitten the bullet and placed an order.
Not the Mercedes SLK 280. Not even the Porsche Boxster (the "poor man's Porsche"). I went for a silver coloured Porsche Cayman S.
The Cayman is a mid-engined, rear wheel drive 2-seater sports car, first launched in 2006. The car was derived from the second generation Boxster, with a 3.4 liter flat-6 engine, driving out 295 HP and hitting 100 km/hr in 5.1 seconds.
I've already selected my car but we're waiting for the paperwork and so I will be picking up the car from the dealership only on Friday. In the meantime, please check out these awesome photos here.

a doctor in the states cannot afford a porsche?? you serious?
well, most people could probably afford a porsche if they really pushed themselves. after all a boxster is about 40k.
however, this doctor is:
1) still getting a fellow's salary
2) has to pay for 2 weddings (one in US and one in malaysia)
3) just bought a home
4) has to put aside money for anticipated new furniture etc.
so, yea, i could probably buy a porsche now if i wanted to live on white bread alone for the next 6 months :)
ahem.. not to mention to start saving for children's college funds! hehhehh :)

I didn't get suckered in to do.. yes it's TK thing to do.. but after seeing how u r such a "strange" friend... I knew better than to believe.. but yet.. hahaha TK may even surprise us soon..
